Government should be a single entity that is made up of a number of states systems that work inter-dependently. Each state is associated with a specific function that is important for the growth in GDP of the nation. All of these state ensuring a growth in GDP. Should one fail, the impact can extend to others and may greatly reduce the GDP of the nation for example oil in Nigeria. Age should come with productivity. Let all the states be supply with the very things needed for her growth. And the should be a small body set up for the effective management and use of resources allocated to the various state. Leadership is influence, the ability to move others to accomplish a goal; leadership involves birthing vision in others and inspiring them to fulfill the dream. Everybody at one point in their lives, leads. First, you lead yourself, for no man can lead others who have not first led himself. Parents are leaders, business owners are leaders, big corporations, religious organisations...
