Government and Leadership by Akonu O Emmanuel

Government should be a single entity that is made up of a number of states systems that work inter-dependently. Each state is associated with a specific function that is important for the growth in GDP of the nation. All of these state ensuring a growth in GDP. Should one fail, the impact can extend to others and may greatly reduce the GDP of the nation for example oil in Nigeria.
Age should come with productivity. Let all the states be supply with the very things needed for her growth. And the should be a small body set up for the effective management and use of resources allocated to the various state.

Leadership is influence, the ability to move others to accomplish a goal; leadership involves birthing vision in others and inspiring them to fulfill the dream. Everybody at one point in their lives, leads. First, you lead yourself, for no man can lead others who have not first led himself. Parents are leaders, business owners are leaders, big corporations, religious organisations, unions and the government all are led by leaders. But the success of it depends on leadership capacity. Inside of us is an innate desire to lead.  We all are called to lead, at one point or the other. The one thing needed to change the world and bring lasting progress is visionary, disciplined and informed leadership. Reading books on leadership is burden for many. People don't like learning and that's why we have inept and visionless leaders managing the affairs of nations and organisations today. What really can a man do who is not properly informed on what he is called to do? We need informed leaders, men and women who can bring the future into the present, men and women who understand the issues and has the ability to get things done. Are you a leader, or do you aspire to be an effective leader? Then you must unlearn to learn master keys and principles that you need to make you a radical and effective leader in the modern world . There are thousands of books you can access that teaches timeless principles of leadership that will give you an edge over others. Remember, the most pressing need today in the world, especially in Africa, is strategic, informed and dynamic leadership.  Light dispels darkness, that's the power of good leadership, it drives out ignorance and set people on the path of actualization of goals. Study, submit to mentoring and be the light (leader) you are destined to be.

Love -a deep care towards someone

It is something we can't touch but we can feel it
