Becoming more scare of what the world is turning into
Life full of up and down
Lost in a deep hollow for fear of the unknown
Men trying all possible way to succeed
Fading out of hope for a better life
Woman crying for what their children could become in a society full of evil and fear
Youth looking up their leaders  for job creation
Beauty and bitterness
Life and death
Good and bad

All forming an intertwine between each other
Why shouldn't we embrace the positive side of life and leave all the negativity behind
Let's  live our life free from all the hurt and unhappiness around us
Because to be free is to be greatful of the life you are living

Stress is harmful  by Akonu Emmanuel         Stress is the "pressures caused by anxieties and worries as a result of problems associated with everyday living etc". Stress has many causes: A. It can be caused by financial troubles (lack of money to meet daily needs). B. It can be caused by family troubles (between spouses, parents and children and in-laws too). C. It can be caused by protracted negative conditions (problems that seem unsolvable). D. It can be caused by life threatening occurrences too (threats like the one experienced by the prophet Elijah).
