The Hen At MY Compound by OEA
Three things I learnt from the hen at my compound
- Trust your instincts. Hens are able to sense danger, even from people who mean them harm. If you ever feel like something is wrong, it's important to trust your gut and take action to protect yourself.
- Be prepared. Hens know that they are vulnerable to predators, so they take steps to protect themselves. They seek out high places to roost ,the hen at my compound do this every night because if we want to Catch them ,we do it at night so they get to understand the pattern and develop the strength to fly to the roof in my compound to roost, they also have sharp claws for defense/survive. We can learn from this to be prepared and adaptable for whatever challenges life may throw at us.And learn to use our resources(that talent or skill learnt )to survive.
- Be social. Hens are social creatures they rely on each other for protection and support. When they sense danger like a bird trying to take their chicks they gather together to fight the bird 🦅 till it retires and sometimes hide . We can learn from their example and build strong relationships with the people around us ,because some of the relationships we keep can bring help and protection for us in times of need .And is not necessary every-time we must react or act just have self control .
