Shattering glass walls of stereotypes with a stone of inclusiveness

The mindset of people like threads formed by weaving thoughts coil from their different experiences, upbringing, and perspectives

Stress is harmful  by Akonu Emmanuel         Stress is the "pressures caused by anxieties and worries as a result of problems associated with everyday living etc". Stress has many causes: A. It can be caused by financial troubles (lack of money to meet daily needs). B. It can be caused by family troubles (between spouses, parents and children and in-laws too). C. It can be caused by protracted negative conditions (problems that seem unsolvable). D. It can be caused by life threatening occurrences too (threats like the one experienced by the prophet Elijah).
